DELIVERY & RETURNS
Postage rates:
UK Standard Delivery (2-4 days): £4.50
UK Express Delivery (1-3 days): £5.95
Northern Ireland – Postage Rates as above.
There is a £10 delivery charge for all dog beds.
Margaux’s does not currently ship outside the United Kingdom and Northern Ireland.
Collection in store:
You can place an order online and collect it from the store for no additional cost. This option can be selected at checkout. We will inform you once the order has been processed and is ready for collection.
Order processing:
Once you place an order, your item(s) will be dispatched usually within 48 hours.
If you place an order at the weekend, it will be dispatched at the beginning of the following week.
Margaux’s uses Standard delivery Royal Mail Second Class Signed For and for Express delivery, Royal Mail First Class Signed For. You will be sent the relevant tracking number once the order has been processed.
Occasionally, particularly for larger/heavier items or in the case of known issues with Royal Mail, alternate courier services may have to be used.
Returns:
Margaux’s hope that you will love your chosen products and all items are quality checked before dispatched. Every effort is made to ensure that your goods arrive with you safely.
However, if you need to return an item, please follow the below steps.
Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt, must be unused and in the original packaging with labels attached.
Unfortunately, Margaux’s are unable to accept items that have been removed from the packaging or used in any way.
Please include your name, address, order number and state the reason for returning your item(s) and return to the address below.

Margaux’s cannot be held liable for returns which are lost in the return post, or arrive
damaged.
Please ask your chosen courier for proof of postage and that your parcel is sufficiently insured against loss or damage.
Faulty Items:
In the unlikely event that a product is faulty, it can either be replaced (where possible) or you can have a refund of your order. Please contact us by email before you return the item: hello@margauxs.co.uk.
